In today’s work environment there is a growing discourse of mental and physical illness. At the same time those commonly facing long-term or lifetime illness, commonly known as disabled, are not often seen. Whether it is on the parking lot sign or a different bathroom, the common symbol for disabled is a wheelchair. People often think of a disabled person as someone who looks different – whether it is the wheelchair, the cane, a person with black glasses because s/he is blind, it is commonly assumed that a disability is something you can see. Concordia University defines an invisible disability as “medical conditions like chronic pain and diabetes, or mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder” – something you cannot see. Donald Trump was voted America’s man in October 2016. Unless he does something seriously wrong and is forced to leave he’ll have a chance to be given the opportunity to become America’s great leader again until 2024 (just before the FIFA World Cup is hosted by Canada-USA-Mexico). Since the Great Election, USA has been divided. On Election day Americans believed they were being forced to choose the lesser of two evils. Today many say they chose the greater rather than the lesser.
Agreements indicate President Donald Trump is a divider. Some say he is a bully. Reports suggest President Trump may be the greatest force to unite the world since WW2 and the Cold War.

The Union. It’s become a part of the Canadian society. It’s an icon of employee solidarity and public employees; it’s often associated with fair treatment. Education Unions have an identity as complainers; persons caring about their own welfare not those they serve.
